Training before a performance
Nowadays you can find some precise training with some apps on your phone. But you can have a trainer too like champions. Trainings are adapted to you and our goal. Some of them are free and some others not. I think it’s difficult to train his self, alone, because you could be lost with so many different programs. Which is the best? Which one is good enough for me?...
Specialist says that we have to train yourself before doing a hard performance. If we do not we can have some problems.

Thank you Maryne. Any idea of the type of athletes that goes in higher mountains to train before a competition ? WHat for ? What about you finnish pupils ?

I worked on this suject for an exam . In fact , I worked on "practicing sport in mountain". I've seen that a lot of pro athlete make sport internship in order to improve their performances . When you are in high mountain, you suffer from a lack of dioxygen. So your body react :
Your kidney produce a protein called EPO. Thank's to this protein , it's easier for red blood cells to transport dioxygen around the body. this physiological condition is called hypoxie. This condition allows to improve performances until 3 weeks, when you come back at your "normal" training place . French pro athlete make internships in special center. The 2 most popular centre are : CREPS in Font Romeu, and TIGNESPACE.
